Crossing Lines

Crossing Lines

Min Thu Rein
acrylic202648 x 36 inpainting

In Crossing Lines, Min Thu Rein builds an energetic abstract composition through layers of vivid orange, turquoise, green, and deep black. Sweeping gestures, intersecting lines, and shifting fields of colour move across the canvas, creating a sense of motion and spontaneity. Rather than settling into a fixed image, the work allows forms to emerge, collide, and disappear within the painted surface. Created during ARTICO RESIDENCY 2026, Crossing Lines captures the immediacy of the artist’s process — a composition shaped through movement, colour, and gesture.
